Sorry, world: Halloween is over, it's time to pack up the candy, spooky costumes, and call it a day because Beyoncé just bodied (killed) Halloween.

In Bey fashion, the "Formation" single surprisingly posted her Halloween costume a day early on Tuesday (October 30), ensuring she was the talk of the Internet on Halloween day. "Sending love and adoration to one of our talented legends," Beyoncé captioned her "Phoni Braxton" single cover, which is basically an exact replica of Toni's cover art from her first official single "Another Sad Love Song." "Thank you for the countless bops. Your tone, your beauty, your range, and your God-given talent is treasured. Loving you always. Have a Happy Halloween my Kings and Queens."

Given that she is the QUEEN of Halloween, Bey additionally recreated Toni's 1993 debut studio album, Toni Braxton, cover:

Bey's Phoni Toni costume even got the icon Miss Toni Braxton's stamp of approval. "Phoni Braxton!? NEVER!!! How do you look better than me on MY album cover?" Toni captioned a side-by-side photo comparison of her album cover and Bey's recreation on Instagram. "I LOVE IT, Such a superstar! Thanks for the love sis! Happy Halloween 🎃 Who run the world...GIRLS! GIRLS! 💃🏽💃🏼."

Bey's emulating of music legends for Halloween has been her thing for years. Last year, she went all out as Lil' Kim, dressing up in five of her most iconic career looks. In 2016, Bey paid homage to Salt-N-Pepa, even enlisting her mom Tina Knowles and daughter Blue to complete the group costume. And in 2014, the "Everything Is Love" singer dressed as the one and only Janet Jackson.
