Toni captioned a side-by-side photo comparison of her album cover and Bey's recreation on Instagram. "I LOVE IT, Such a superstar! Thanks for the love sis! Happy Halloween 🎃 Who run the world...GIRLS! GIRLS! 💃🏽💃🏼."

Bey's emulating of music legends for Halloween has been her thing for years. Last year, she went all out as Lil' Kim, dressing up in five of her most iconic career looks. In 2016, Bey paid homage to Salt-N-Pepa, even enlisting her mom Tina Knowles and daughter Blue to complete the group costume. And in 2014, the "Everything Is Love" singer dressed as the one and only Janet Jackson.
