Mariah Carey and Anderson .Paak are having a hard time beating the dating allegations, especially after they were spotted together during the seasoned singer's big night.
Both superstar artists arrived at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles on Monday, March 17. They walked into the venue with Carey's two children, Monroe and Moroccan, before they were seated in the front row together. The Silk Sonic singer was by Carey's side throughout the night and was extremely supportive when the "Always Be My Baby" singer accepted her Icon Award. They also enjoyed watching Muni Long and Tori Kelly pay homage to her.
Anderson .Paak's attendance revamped chatter about his rumored relationship with Carey. Mariah and Anderson first sparked dating rumors back in December. The two were seen holding hands while out to dinner in Aspen Colorado. At the time, witnesses claimed they saw the two seated with some other friends while they made romantic gestures at the table and by the car when they left. It was the second time both artists were seen holding hands. They were spotted looking cozy together at a different restaurant in Aspen.
Sources close to the artist told TMZ that they are not a couple, but acknowledged they do "look cute together." Mariah and Anderson have been hanging out a lot as they work together on some new music. Carey previously spoke about a studio session she may (or may not) had done with .Paak for her upcoming album.
"Iâve actually been working this whole week in the studio with someone who shall remain nameless, but Iâm so excited about that," she told Vogue. "The next album is happening and coming soon, so be patient."
