Jess Hilarious is addressing the criticism she's received since The Breakfast Club recruited Loren LoRosa to fill in during her leave.

The Baltimore native laid out all her feelings about the situation during the show's live broadcast on Wednesday morning, March 19. She began by expanding on the issues she spoke about during her Instagram Live session. She stated no one defended her against the narratives fans created after LoRosa continued to host the "Jess With The Mess" segment following her return.

"Ever since I came back, it was weird," Jess explained. "At first, no I did not — I was not too fond of Loren. I wasn't too fond of her when I came back because we had a whole plan... how I pick her to fill in for me right? I come back, she ain't never leave. Then aight cool she don't leave but she's only on during my segment. If she was meant to be a fourth host, move her in another way."

Jess Hilarious joined The Breakfast Club in January 2024 following a year-long search for a new co-host after Angela Yee departed to launch Way Up With Angela Yee.

Jess selected Loren LoRosa to fill in and handle her "Jess With The Mess" segment before she was absent. LoRosa, who was a former TMZ journalist, stayed on as a producer after Jess returned and continued to be an on-air contributor.
