Chris Brown, Summer Walker & More: Top R&B Artists Of 2025 Revealed

Chris Brown, Summer Walker, and other R&B acts served up the most-streamed songs of the year.

As part of iHeartRadio's Rewind, which debuts today, December 4, Brown and Walker made the Top 5 R&B artists of 2025. The "Residuals" singer tops the list, followed by Usher, Mary J. Blige and SZA. The Finally Over It singer closed out the top 5. Summer Walker's biggest tracks made the Top R&B songs of 2025. Her collaboration with Usher and 21 Savage, "Good Good," sits at the top of the list, followed by Chris Brown's "Residuals" and her smash hit "Heart of a Woman."

SZA and Kendrick Lamar's two major collaborations close out the top R&B songs list. "Luther" came in fourth on the list, yet came out at second on iHeartMedia's Top Songs Overall. Their other collaboration, "30 For 30," rounds out the top 5 on both the Top R&B Songs and iHeartMedia's Top Songs Overall lists.

Both Chris Brown and Summer Walker had plenty of success in 2025. Brown brought the Atlanta singer along with him for his Breezy Bowl XX World Tour in celebration of his 20 years in the music industry. In addition, Breezy also dropped a few bangers, including "Holy Blindfold" and "It Depends" with Bryson Tiller.

Following her run on Brown's tour, Walker delivered her anticipated album Finally Over It. The double-disc LP comes with 18 tracks, including collaborations with Breezy, Mariah The Scientist, Latto, Doja Cat, Anderson .Paak, Bryson Tiller, SAILORR, GloRilla, Sexyy Red, Monaleo, 21 Savage, Brent Faiyaz, and Teddy Swims.
